AQUAmigos is a collaborative citizen science project between 10 teachers and 63 students from the three clusters of schools in the city of Chaves, north of Portugal, organized in a lifelong cycle of 4 stages.
In this project WE ARE and WANT to know the AQUAmigos - Fauna and Flora - that inhabit the banks of the Tâmega River, near tour city.
The sampling site for data/photo collection is located on the left bank of the Tâmega River, near the Trajano Bridge (Roman bridge) and the Chaves Public Garden. All those interested in participating must register for the project, in the iNaturalist app, to be able to associate the records (photos) of the observations they make at the sampling site.
